1. Overview & Commitment to Fair Commercial Dealing

At Socio Engineer Pvt. Ltd. (operating under the brand Vistaar360), we believe in transparent, straightforward commercial relationships. Whether you are subscribing to our cloud software or enrolling in our executive learning cohorts, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to protect both the customer’s investment and the operational integrity of our programs.

2. Executive Learning & Workshop Programs

A. 3-Hour AI Growth Masterclass (Live Online Webinar — ₹499)

  1. Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your scheduled session due to urgent factory operational demands, you may request a transfer to any upcoming scheduled cohort at no extra fee. Please notify us via email at team.vistaar360@gmail.com or via WhatsApp support at least 24 hours prior to session start.
  2. Access to Materials: All registered attendees who miss a live session receive the full 30-day recording access along with the complete 25-Prompt Industrial MSME Template Library and WhatsApp RFQ qualification scripts.
  3. Cancellations & Refunds: Formal cancellation requests submitted at least 24 hours prior to the session start will receive a 100% refund processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

B. 1-Day Manufacturing AI Growth Bootcamp (Online Individual / Offline Cohort)

  1. Individual Online Bootcamp Seats (₹4,999):
    • Pre-Session Cancellation: Full refund if requested up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled bootcamp date.
    • Post-Session Satisfaction Guarantee: If an attendee actively participates in the full 1-day bootcamp and feels the practical takeaways (prompts, workflows, tool sandbox, and diagnostic review) provided zero actionable business value, they may request a refund within 24 hours of session conclusion. Upon validation of attendance, a full refund will be processed.
  2. Corporate & Association On-Premise Batches:
    • Dedicated on-premise batches scheduled with industrial associations (e.g. MCCIA, CODISSIA) or corporate plants are governed by the custom commercial proposal and memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Socio Engineer Pvt. Ltd.

3. Vistaar360 Manufacturing OS (SaaS Subscriptions)

  1. Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly SaaS subscription at any time via your account billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with zero further charges. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial month usage.
  2. Annual Subscriptions: Annual plans include substantial upfront discounts and dedicated onboarding engineering hours. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund minus a nominal onboarding setup fee.
  3. Data Export During Cancellation: You retain full rights to download all your customer records, quotes, and product databases prior to subscription expiration.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed via our authorized payment gateway partner (Razorpay / Cashfree) directly to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI). Bank settlement timelines typically take 5 to 7 business days depending on your issuing bank.
