Mutual Confidentiality
This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on 2026-09-28 (the "Effective Date") by and between:
Your Business Name, a company registered at 123 Tech Park, Innovation Hub, City (hereinafter referred to as the "Disclosing Party").
AND
Recipient Company Name, located at Recipient Address (hereinafter referred to as the "Receiving Party").

2. Confidential Information. "Confidential Information" shall mean any information disclosed by the Disclosing Party, including but not limited to CAD files, manufacturing processes, pricing, business strategies, and technical specifications, whether marked as "Confidential" or reasonably understood to be confidential.
3. Obligations. The Receiving Party agrees to maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation shall remain in effect for 3 Years from the Effective Date.
4. Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, India.
