Shubham Bhoir is an automobile and mechanical engineer turned technology founder. Having worked directly inside commercial vehicle manufacturing and powertrain engineering at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors Joint Venture), he experienced first-hand how physical machine shops struggle with disconnected software and fragmented communication.
As the Founder of Socio Engineer Pvt Ltd and community ecosystem Engineer's Cradle, Shubham has spent over a decade architecting high-impact engineering solutions.
